Shipping & Handling
We currently only ship to the US. All orders are processed in 2-3 business days with the exception of Launch Days, New Product Releases, Birthday Sale, and Black Friday - Cyber Monday weekend, which can add up to 5-7 days. Please remember that this handling time is in addition to shipping time. All shipping costs are based solely on weight, destination, and shipping level, and are provided directly by the shipping provider without any markup. We offer three shipping levels: Standard (up to 10 business days transit time), Expedited (up to 4 business days transit time), and 2-Day (up to 2 business days transit time). Please note that while we strive to offer these levels at all times, 2-Day and Expedited shipping may not be available during peak volume seasons. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses. Customers are responsible for paying any reshipping charges associated with a package if an incorrect shipping address is entered at checkout. Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout (through our shop, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay if you choose to checkout with their services) before submitting your order. Please note that orders paid via PayPal will not ship until PayPal verifies that the payment clears, so this adds additional processing time to any orders paid via this method.
In an effort to reduce paper waste, our shipping partner does not include paper packing slips in your order. Please refer to your order confirmation email to verify the contents of your order.
Our shipping partners are very fast and orders are processed immediately once they are received. We are unable to make any changes to order details (name, address, products, cancellations, etc.) once an order is submitted through our shop. Please verify your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order.
We currently only offer U.S. shipping but look forward to expanding to include international shipping in the future.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
All orders are non-refundable unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item. Please contact us at Hello@Melsharell.com within 7 days of receiving your order if an item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, and we are happy to offer a replacement item or a refund.
We do offer occasional discount codes, so be sure to join our email newsletter list and follow us @MelSharell and @ThePinnaclePlanner on Facebook and Instagram to receive updates on any current promotions. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of any discount codes or promotions mentioned by third-party websites and reserve the right to honor only codes that are generated by us.
We are required to charge sales tax in the states of Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, and Kentucky. Please note sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to addresses within those states.
